Exchange Policy

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you are welcome to return it for a full refund. ESD downloads and Custom Satellite Data are non-returnable.

Hardware Exchanges: Earthmate.com guarantees that your Blue Logger GPS device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for sixty days from the date of purchase. If your GPS device fails in normal use, Earthmate.com will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the unit. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge for labor or materials. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized disassembly or modification.

The Return Process:
• Please e-mail bluelogger@earthmate.com
• In your e-mail please include your customer number and order number.
• You will then be issued a RMA number via e-mail.
• Please return any items to us via a secure, traceable method of shipping for a full refund (less shipping and handling).
• Please include your RMA number in your shipment so that we are able to credit your account.
